Elspeth Bowler,
B.Sc., MBA, CPA, CGA – Ontario Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI)
Elspeth brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined OSFI in 2012 and currently serves as Managing Director of the Operational Risk Division. Her career spans roles in reporting, planning, financial initiatives, and capital management across various insurance companies.
Education: B.Sc. from McGill University, MBA from Ivey School of Business, CPA, CGA.
